A downloadable game for Windows

'FAITH: Demon Siege' is a survival-shooter, roguelike, fangame of Airdorf's 'FAITH' series.

Check out FAITH: The Unholy Trinity

Welcome to Brimdale Forest. In the year 1951, multiple reports of demonic activity prompted the church to get involved in the matter. Priests were dispatched to the location but were never heard from again.

After many more years of people disappearing, getting attacked by seemingly nothing, and strange noises in the area, this location has earned the title of "Satan's Grove". Years later, John Ward is informed about the location. Are you worthy of cleansing Satan's Grove once and for all?

Starting with nothing, you enter the grove and fend off demons. After each wave, a shop will open where you can upgrade your stats or buy items that modify your attacks and defense.

Each wave gets increasingly harder, introducing more and more demon types that each have their own unique attacks and abilities. Be careful though, there's something more sinister lurking in the woods...

My Victory from

Hello, 🙂

My name is MadShmupper and I'm part of a group of developers working on porting games to handheld Linux devices. Our project is named PortMaster, and we have an active Discord server in which you are very welcome to come check out any time.

For the past couple of years, we've added a nice amount Gamemaker games to various Linux devices. Although these devices have some limitations with OpenGL, games that use GLES2 and SDL generally run very smoothly.

We at PortMaster, firmly believe in reaching out to content creators/game authors like yourself to ask for consent in distributing their free game files within a ready to run port in PortMaster. Without your consent, the user will need to manually add their game files.

It would be fantastic if you could grant us permission to include your data.win and any sound files of "Faith Demon Siege", within our packaged port as a ready to run game.  May we distribute the game file/s in question, please? As of now, the user must add their own files.

Your game would undoubtedly be a most excellent addition to these handheld devices!

Especially in a "ready to run" format.

You will of course be properly thanked and noted as game author/maker. PortMaster will be responsible for the ports maintenance should any be needed. However, as the creator, you are welcome to come check us out and have any say you'd like involving said port.

Please note that we are not looking to take monetary profit, nor take credit for any of the games we port. Our primary goal is to introduce more games to our beloved handheld devices, and showcase the creations of excellent devs such as  yourself.

We're also branching out to other ARM platforms. We are growing🙂

Thank you for any consideration that you may lend towards our request!

Best regards, MadShmupper & Everyone at PortMaster

Faith: Demon Siege - Demoned Mode

any way to get it to work on linux/steam deck? (i dont need controller support i just want it to run)

Go to winehq, then press the download button. Open terminal then copy and paste the commands in terminal.

I can't run it with wine windows program loader. :(

Is there a way to download it on a chromebook?

You should just be able to download it on a chromebook like normal. If you're trying to run the game through wine however I don't think it'll work. The game wasn't built with something like that in mind.

...oh

Thanks anyway! (and also thank you for replying to me quickly)

Apologies, in the future I will try better to make sure my games are ported to more platforms

Hi, the game crashed on... wave 7, iirc. I was blocked against a tree and Michael attacked me. Here is the error log:

Seems pressing Alt+Enter breaks the UI.

Also you can get stuck against a gravestone in the water.

And a Fatal Error on death (possibly tied to condition above)

And would be nice to have a "start wave" button.
